Overview
The posterior maxilla stops most general practitioners — thin bone, close sinus floor, complex anatomy. Module 5 removes that barrier completely. You will learn both crestal (osteotome) and lateral window sinus lift techniques, then apply one on a real patient. Full-arch rehabilitation concepts (All-on-4, All-on-6) are also introduced so you can begin planning full-mouth reconstructions.
